Petracek New Chair of Archdiocesan Pastoral Council

The chair of the Regina Archdiocesan Pastoral Council (APC) is usually elected from among its members but this year Archbishop Daniel Bohan asked Arnold Petracek of Esterhazy if he would take on the role. Petracek said it was the first time someone not on the council was named chair.
