FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

Yes! If your donation was processed by your parish (cash, parish envelope, cheque made out to your parish) then your parish is responsible for your tax receipt. Donations made through CanadaHelps online will be receipted automatically by CanadaHelps. Any donations processed directly by the Archdiocese (cheques made out to the Archdiocese, credit card donations, e-transfers, etc.) will be receipted by the Archdiocese.

Tax receipts are mailed out in February.

Absolutely! We have your parish on file and when we process your gift it gets attributed to that parish.

If you change or have changed parishes, want your gift attributed to a different parish, don’t want your gift attributed to a parish, etc., please send us an email or give us a call and we’ll get it sorted.
