DESCRIPTION:In conjunction with the ArchRegina Congress\, you are invited to join a pre-Congress synod conversation on ecumenism/Christian unity.\nCatholic doctrine understands that all who are baptized are incorporated into the one mystical body of Christ. Thus\, despite the wounds of history\, all baptized Christians are one people of God\, the church. The Second Vatican Council teaches that elements of sanctification and truth have been preserved in varying degrees by other Christian communities\, and calls us to be open to receiving these gifts. All of the baptized share in this ministry of unity. \n7 to 9 pm on Friday\, October 30\, 2026\nat Holy Trinity Parish\, 5020 Sherwood Dr\, Regina.\nAll are welcome. DESCRIPTION:ArchRegina Congress: Blessings Remembered\, Hope Renewed \nWhat might God be inviting our parish communities to become\, and where do we begin? \nJoin us for our annual Archdiocese of Regina Congress on October 31 at Resurrection Parish from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (with an optional Mass at 9:00 AM). \nKeynote Guest Speaker: Sr. Nathalie Becquart –  Undersecretary of the General Secretariat of the Synod of Bishops\n\nTogether we’ll continue to explore God’s vision for the Church and consider what that vision might look like in our parishes. Through prayer\, communal discernment\, and creative activities\, we’ll reflect on our blessings\, name our challenges\, and share our hopes and ideas for the future. Together\, we’ll identify practical\, pastoral next steps for our parishes and our diocese and set a path forward as we prepare for our Archdiocesan Synod Assembly in May 2027.\nPlease register by Monday\, October 26\, to mgurash@archregina.sk.ca or call 306-352-1651. \nThere will be an optional Mass at 9:00 AM.
