Holy Family Parish - Regina Needs Office Administrator

Holy Family is seeking a dynamic and service orientated individual to fill the full-time position of Office Administrator.  The hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (6.5 per day) for an average of 140 hours per month.

The responsibilities include reception, records management and general administration, as well as some back-up duties to other positions.  Previous experience in a busy office, and strong keyboarding skills are necessary to be successful.  The position deals with highly sensitive and confidential information.  This position reports to the Pastor.

The individual must be an active practicing Catholic, who believes in and is knowledgeable about the Catholic faith (dogmas and doctrine).

Benefits are those which the Archdiocese provides (see their website for details).  Salary TBD  based on experience, with a six (6) month probationary period.
