Hello, I am a wife, mother of 7 and a beloved daughter of God. I have 20 years of experience working with children, youth, adults and families who have experienced the devastating pain of complex trauma, mental illness and addiction. I have also experienced and deeply believe in the healing power and hope that comes from Christ’s Resurrection.

Using a holistic approach, I incorporate aspects of traditional psychology such as DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, Internal Family Systems and trauma-informed approaches with faith, grounded in and adhering to the timeless Widsom of the Catholic Church.
