Hope

The Archdiocese of Regina recognizes that mental health is an important part of human dignity, well-being, and flourishing. Through our Mental Health Ministry, we are committed to supporting individuals, families, and parish communities experiencing mental health challenges. Following the example of Jesus Christ, who accompanied people with compassion, mercy, and hope, we seek to foster a Catholic approach to mental health that integrates faith, community, and care. Through counselling resources, Mental Health First Aid training, educational opportunities, and mental health supports, we strive to help our parishes become places of understanding, accompaniment, healing, and hope for all.
