Holy Hour of Prayer for Mental Health
Join us at Christ the King parish at 3239 Garnet Street in Regina on Thursday, February 26, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm for a Holy Hour of Adoration and Prayer focused on mental health needs. Whether you are living with mental health challenges, offering accompaniment and support for someone you love, or are a mental health ally, all are welcome to join us for this hour of quiet reflection and communal prayer with the Blessed Sacrament as we unite in faith and seek consolation, peace, and support.
