MAiD for You?
A conversation on Canada’s MAiD expansion to mental illness and what’s at stake
Join us across Saskatchewan from May 11 to 16 for a province-wide tour featuring Larry Worthen, Executive Director of the Christian Medical and Dental Association of Canada, one of Canada’s leading voices on healthcare ethics, conscience rights, and Medical Assistance in Dying.
Canada’s MAiD law is changing. In March 2027, people whose only underlying condition is mental illness may be eligible, and many Canadians are not aware of how far it has already evolved.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Learn how MAiD is evolving in Canada, with real stories from healthcare settings
- Explore the ethical, medical, and social questions being raised
- Consider how we support those who are suffering and seeking hope
Location: Doors at 12:30 p.m., starts at 1 p.m. at Resurrection Parish
Free to attend. All are welcome.

Can’t make it in-person? Tune in on Saturday, May 16 at 1 p.m. on the Live Stream
