Mental Health First Aid Essentials Training
Our faith calls us to accompany one another in times of struggle. As mental health needs grow in our communities, our parishes are often the first place people turn for support. This two-day Essentials Training from the Mental Health Commission of Canada and facilitated by Deacon Eric Gurash of Emmaus Mental Health Ministries, will equip you with practical skills to recognize mental health challenges, respond with compassion, and help others find appropriate care. Ideal for clergy, parish staff, and front-line volunteers.
