$20,000 for the Rectory, Offices, and Garage. These buildings are to be moved off this property, and the grounds are to be properly cleaned up. In order to ensure this, we are asking for a $60,000 deposit. The purchaser will have one year from the sale date to move the buildings and clean the grounds. Once the grounds are properly cleaned up, the deposit will be returned in full to the purchaser.

Ground clean up includes:
Disconnecting and removing any natural gas lines, power lines, phone lines, water lines, sewage lines, and any other utilities as appropriate.
Removing all concrete and debris from site, except the basement cement floor, which is to remain intact to protect any water and sewage lines that need to stay.
Filling in the basement, cistern, and any other cavities with sand.
Putting on a 1’ layer of topsoil when otherwise complete, and spreading grass seed.
The site is to be restored within 15 days of the building being moved.
Upon detaching the buildings, please promptly cover the opening made in the wall to protect the church from the elements.
