If you are looking for a way to track Appeal donations, look no further! This workbook contains one tab for every month of the year (tabs are located at the bottom of the spreadsheet) so that you can keep track of Appeal donations received by your parish. Receiving donor and gift information this way is also incredibly helpful for the Development Office.

Gifts Spreadsheet FAQ:

Why do I have to fill out a spreadsheet? The spreadsheet helps parishes keep a record of Appeal donations received and is an easy way for the Development Office to get the information we need to update our records.

Do I have to fill in the Donor ID? Yes! We recommend having your Parish List open at the same time as the Gifts Spreadsheet so you can search the name in the Parish List and copy & paste the Donor ID into the Gifts Spreadsheet. If you do not have a donor ID, simply leave that field blank. If possible, please include as much information as possible (address, email, phone number) so we can do some record matching if necessary to determine that we attribute the donation to the right person.
