We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spiritual Care Coordinator to join our team.
Position Overview
The Spiritual Care Coordinator supports the emotional, spiritual, and pastoral well-being of residents, families, and staff at Trinity Manor through ensuring the provision of emotional, spiritual and religious support as well as leading and coordinating the community’s spiritual programming and fostering a mission-centered environment rooted in Catholic values.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Provide emotional, spiritual, and pastoral support to residents, families, and staff through presence, listening, guidance, prayer, and compassionate accompaniment during seasons of spiritual and emotional challenges such as loneliness, grief, loss, illness, transition, and end-of-life.
•
Lead and coordinate spiritual programming including Mass, devotional activities, liturgical seasons, and memorial services while fostering a mission-centered, inclusive Catholic environment and a vibrant Spiritual Care volunteer program.
Key Qualifications:
•
Experience in providing spiritual or pastoral care ideally within a senior living, healthcare, or community support environment.
•
Minimum one-year graduate level Theology or related studies from an accredited institution.
•
Three units of Clinical Psycho-spiritual Education (four units preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience; willingness to seek advanced training to achieve CASC/ACSS professional certification if required.
•
Endorsement from a recognized faith group.
•
Experience in mission integration leadership to ensure core values are alive and visible in events and daily operations.
•
Strong ability to listen, counsel, support and be present in a multi-faith, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary setting.

Preference given to candidates who:
o
Have a deep knowledge and understanding of Catholic health care history, principles, tradition and a thorough knowledge of the Health Ethics Guide
o
Have appropriate spiritual and other leadership qualities they can bring to a contemporary, Catholic, not-for-profit organization
o
Have a record of achievement as a collaborative leader, community and team builder and possess a high degree of interpersonal sensitivity and communication skills
o
Have experience in volunteer coordination
