Bio:
Hi my name is Carol Sheldon. I am a Catholic lay woman. I was commissioned as Spiritual Director for the Archdiocese of Regina in 1998.
My husband and I have 3 married children and 8 grandchildren.
As an Associate with the School Sisters of Notre Dame I have been mentored by them for many years.
As a Spiritual Director, I have journeyed with many people from different religious backgrounds. Some people I have journeyed with have just consciously began to recognize their spiritual lives while others have been walking this journey for many years.
I have been blessed to walk with people through the Spiritual Exercises of St. Iganatius on many occasions and have seen how each human being is called in a unique way to experience Gods love and presence in their own lives to reach their fullest potential.
