I have been a Christ follower for many years. I am married with children and grandchildren. My husband and I spent 13 years in West Africa and love meeting and engaging with people of other cultures and faith backgrounds. I have completed a Bachelor of Religious Education and a Master’s in Spiritual Formation. I am passionate about listening to others’ stories and discovering God’s Love in their stories. Come sit with me and let’s listen together!
God bless your journey.

On June 6, 2020 I completed the 2-yr Ignation Spirituality, Ministry of Spiritual Direction Program, offered by the Archdiocese of Regina, and was commissioned by Archbishop Donald Bolen. I believe spiritual accompaniment deepens our awareness of God’s love and presence in our lives.
I may meet with others either in person, or using technical means. I am open to journeying with those of other religious affiliations, and am familiar with 12 Step Spirituality.
Please call with any questions at 204-532-2157, or e-mail .

I have experience in a variety of prayer traditions and practices; the Spiritual Exercises, Ignatian Discernment, the Spirituality of Dreams and working with individuals who are involved in professional counseling, and/or 12-step programs such as AA. I firmly believe that my role as a Spiritual Director is primarily that of humble and compassionate listener. At all times, the direction of our visits, and all goals are left entirely in your hands and God’s.

I was commissioned as a Spiritual Director for the Archdiocese of Regina on June 6, 2020. Spiritual direction has been a part of my life for over 14 years and during the past two years of formation, I have grown even more aware of the Holy Spirit in my life. It is a great privilege to journey with people as they begin to see how God is active in their lives. If you are longing to see where God is in your life, I’d love to journey with you. I provide spiritual direction via online platforms.

My path to faith began 20 years ago, when I felt called to the Roman Catholic faith. I was accepted into the church through the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults. My journey has included numerous bible studies over the years to learn and grow my faith, and I have accompanied my husband through 4 years of diaconate formation to his ordination. The Archdiocese of Regina commissioned me as a Spiritual Director in June of 2020 after completing their two-year formation program. In addition to spiritual direction, I am open to companioning others through Annotation 19 of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. I provide spiritual direction in my home in Regina, or by telephone or other technologies that are available to us.

Who are you? Who is your God? How is God leading you? What is God growing in your life right now? I welcome the opportunity to get to know you and to journey with you as you begin or deepen your relationship with the Divine. I believe that God wants to cultivate a relationship with every human being, so God communicates with each one of us frequently, intelligibly, eloquently. It is part of my own experience that, most of the time, I fail to listen, to hear, to understand God’s self-revelation, or even to be aware of God’s presence. When someone like me desires to become increasingly aware of God’s action in one’s own life, meeting with a spiritual director is valuable in opening the conversation with the Divine, because God has never hidden from me; I was the one who was hiding.

I live on an acreage that is a 10 minute drive east of Regina.

As a spiritual director, I am keenly aware of the presence of the Holy Spirit and I feel blessed by each opportunity to be a companion listener to those with whom I journey. I am available to journey with directees from all faith backgrounds and cultures.
My husband is an Anglican priest; he and I served two lengthy volunteer missions in Malawi, Africa, as well as shorter volunteer missions to Ghana and Burundi. I consider my volunteer experiences in developing countries to be among the most grace-filled moments of my life.

Trained in Ignatian spirituality, spiritual direction, and theology, I believe that each person has been created in wholeness to be loved and to love, and that God is in all things. My greatest desire is to help people see the boundless love our Creator has for each of us, particularly those on the margins.

Being involved in several parish ministries strengthened my desire to learn more about my own faith. In 2008 I started the Lay Ministry Formation Program which I finished in 2011. During this time I was exposed to Spiritual Direction. Afterwards I felt called to explore this ministry more deeply. I love this journey God has put me on through scripture and music and I am open to see where it might lead me. It is truly a privilege to journey with another person in faith.
Providing Spiritual Direction to both men and women in the safe setting of my home in Yorkton, SK.

I was commissioned from the Archdiocese of Regina’s Lay Formation Program in 2022 and the Spiritual Direction Training program in 2026.
I have a working knowledge of 12 Step recovery program and am willing to listen to those sharing of the Fifth Step of their 12 Step Program. I can provide Spiritual Direction in my home in Indian Head, or by telephone, or other available technologies.

I am currently retired and have moved to a small town in central Saskatchewan – Ituna. While meeting with people in person is ideal, I am very open to journeying with people via phone, various online platforms or a combination. Because I live in a small town, I am especially interested in journeying with people who also live in smaller urban or rural settings.

Call me – we can talk.
