Bio:
I am a husband, father of seven, grandfather of three, and a member of Saint Anne Parish in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Regina. I work as a medical doctor, and I was commissioned as a spiritual director in 2026. I prefer to meet in-person, but I have used video chatting for spiritual direction on occasion.
I believe that God wants to cultivate a relationship with every human being, so God communicates with each one of us frequently, intelligibly, eloquently. It is part of my own experience that, most of the time, I fail to listen, to hear, to understand God’s self-revelation, or even to be aware of God’s presence. When someone like me desires to become increasingly aware of God’s action in one’s own life, meeting with a spiritual director is valuable in opening the conversation with the Divine, because God has never hidden from me; I was the one who was hiding.
