Bio:
Hi there! My name is Linda Smuk and I am a Roman Catholic layperson, mother of three and grandmother of eight. I was commissioned from the Archdiocese of Regina Lay Ministry program in 2009. In 2014 and 2015, I completed two levels of Clinical Pastoral Education which was invaluable to the time I spent working as a Hospital Chaplain. I was commissioned through the Archdiocese of Regina in 2020 as a Spiritual Director, and am currently training to lead people through Annotation 19 of the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius. I am familiar with 12 Step Spirituality and am open to journeying with anyone in those programs and with those of other faith communities.
I am currently retired and have moved to a small town in central Saskatchewan – Ituna. While meeting with people in person is ideal, I am very open to journeying with people via phone, various online platforms or a combination. Because I live in a small town, I am especially interested in journeying with people who also live in smaller urban or rural settings.
