If you are looking for a way to track Appeal donations, look no further! This workbook contains one tab for each month (tabs are located at the bottom of the spreadsheet) so that you can keep Appeal donations received by your parish organized.

Gifts Spreadsheet FAQ:

Why do I have to fill out a spreadsheet? The spreadsheet helps parishes keep a record of Appeal donations received and is an easy way for the Development Office to get the information we need to update our records.

Do I have to fill in the Donor ID? Yes! We recommend having your Parish List open at the same time as the Gifts Spreadsheet so you can search the name in the Parish List and copy & paste the Donor ID into the Gifts Spreadsheet.

We encourage you to have a look at that document as it contains lots of important information about the Archbishop’s Appeal! There is also a link in the Parish Manual to a YouTube video that walks through some Excel basics for anyone who is looking to become more comfortable with spreadsheets.

2026 Blank Giftcards Printable

This link will open a pdf document which can be printed and filled out by hand. The pdf contains three (3) blank giftcards for the Fall  campaign. Please print this document vertically on 8.5″ x 11″ paper. You can separate the giftcards by cutting along the dotted lines or send all three on one page as is.
